Golden 1 Credit Union seeks a strategic planning leader to connect vision with execution and measurable outcomes. You will align priorities across planning and performance with Corporate Strategy and facilitate senior-level discussions to drive long-term success.

In this role, you will manage a mature planning framework, partner with executives, and lead complex strategic initiatives while delivering high-quality reporting to the Board and stakeholders in a financial services environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or other related degree required.
• Master’s Degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
• 7+ years progressive experience, preferably with strategic planning, business development, and/or strategic marketing experience in the financial services industry required.
• A strong understanding of how a financial institution operates required.
• 5+ years experience in leading senior professionals required.

Responsabilidades

• Effective administration and maturity of a comprehensive business unit planning management framework.
• Mature, monitor, and utilize a comprehensive strategic planning management platform.
• Partner with Corporate Strategy leadership to provide recommendations on strategic direction.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions for complex areas to develop and evolve strategies and tactics.
• Oversee collaboration with Senior Leadership to review and revise business unit plans.
• Lead and complete ad hoc requests and projects with urgency and quality.
• Create and execute Executive and Board level reporting and materials.
• Coordinate materials for SPS and Board Educational Session.
