Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of corporate facilities management experience.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible management experience in a credit union, financial institution, or retail environment.
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Attend senior management operations meetings and support project teams.
• Coordinate site selection, LOIs, leases, purchases for branches and centers.
• Manage repair, maintenance, and facilities standards.
• Lead vendor selection and scheduling of internal/external trades.
• Review bids with contractors and sub-contractors; ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Develop and monitor facilities program plans, budgets, and scope.
