Ladders, located in Los Angeles, seeks a VP, Head of Strategy & Business Operations to shape the division's strategic direction and operating cadence. This leader will partner with senior leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, translate strategy into actionable plans, and improve decision-making in a complex matrixed environment.

This USC-based role offers an opportunity to influence key growth initiatives and lead data/analytics efforts, with compensation in the $250K–$325K range and visa

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate strategy or related fields such as management consulting or investment banking.
• Proven experience leading strategic and financial analyses for senior executives.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling for complex transactions and partnerships.
• Experience developing business strategies and executive presentations.
• Strong analytical skills working with large datasets.
• Ability to navigate and operate in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to craft and articulate the division's strategic vision
• Conduct strategic analyses on new business models, markets, and growth opportunities
• Prepare strategic plans and business reviews for senior leadership
• Act as the strategic liaison with the corporate strategy team to align priorities
• Develop and implement the data and analytics strategy for organizational decisionsLead financial modeling efforts for major game deals, assessing risk and return
• Establish a systematic view of the gaming industry to track market shifts and opportunities
