Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven planning.
• Self-motivated with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a build plan to support customer commitments (mixed internal and supplier-based).
• Load and manage product and customer forecasts with input from Sales and Product Managers.
• Ensure build plan execution to meet commitments and identify/gap troubleshoot plans.
• Review capacity and build requirements with internal teams and suppliers to ensure utilization.
• Develop, monitor and optimize supply chain programs to meet lead-time expectations.
• Track KPIs like forecast accuracy and on-time delivery; report on capacity and labor needs.
• Train, develop, and evaluate employees; uphold quality system standards.
