You will work with purchasing, engineering, and customer service to optimize ERP/MRP processes, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain accurate inventory

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Proven production scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production based on history and customer demand.
• Coordinate workforce to complete the schedule.
• Collaborate with purchasing on inventory levels.
• Communicate delivery dates and scheduling changes with customer service.
• Ensure builds documentation is complete and accurate.
• Ensure ERP transactions are complete and correct.
• Manage inventory using cycle counts for accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering on production bills of materials.
• Participate in Kaizens and process improvement plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
