Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned supply chain professional in Minnesota to design and implement integrated production planning, inventory management, and material flow solutions. You will lead capacity planning for division assets and support S&OP and Master Schedule reviews.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field, plus APICS CPIM/CSCP and Lean Six Sigma certifications, with 3+ years in manufacturing and 2+ years in production planning or lean systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed before start
• Three (3) years of combined supply chain/logistics experience
• Three (3) years of Manufacturing Plant Experience
• Two (2) years of Production Planning and/or Lean Production Systems experience
• APICS CPIM and/or CSCP certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with Inventory Parameter Management

Responsibilities

• Design supply chain solutions in production planning, inventory management, and material/information flow
• Implement supply chain solutions across the extended value stream
• Lead strategic capacity planning for division assets
• Support S&OP Supply Review and Master Schedule Review processes
• Support production planning across key assets
• Comply with corporate policies, procedures and security standards
• Contribute to Environmental Health and Safety culture by following safety policies
• May include up to 15% domestic/international travel
