Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Manager of Strategic Planning to oversee day-to-day work supporting OUH’s enterprise growth strategy. The role coordinates data-driven analyses, financial models, and cross-functional projects to identify growth opportunities and justify new initiatives.

The position involves leading a team in business development and innovation, preparing executive-level insights, and guiding change management during transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
• MBA preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience with 3 years of planning, financial analytics and project management responsibilities.
• Prior consulting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional strategic initiatives including market entry strategies, new product development, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess strategic initiatives on financial performance.
• Partner with finance, marketing, operations, and product teams to align and execute initiatives.
• Create proforma models with system finance for long-range planning.
• Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Support change management by defining and communicating new strategies and structures.
