Job summary

OU Health seeks a Manager of Strategic Planning to drive enterprise growth initiatives and analyze opportunities across the organization.

The role oversees talent development within Business Development and Innovation, partners with finance and operations to create pro forma models, and presents findings to senior leadership. A Bachelor's is required; MBA preferred, with 3–5 years of leadership and planning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in planning, financial analytics and project management.
• CFA preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative across teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate strategic initiatives across the enterprise and drive execution.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess impact of initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, operations, and product teams.
• Prepare executive presentations and management reports.
• Support change management and performance monitoring.
• Lead cross-functional projects and develop new business plans.
