You will coordinate governance, lead cross-functional initiatives, and deliver performance insights to executives across Product, Technology, Sales, and Finance. Key requirements include a track record in strategy/consulting, strong communication and writing skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business strategy, management consulting, operations, or related strategic leadership.
• Experience developing executive-facing presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Proven ability leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
• Strong project management, leadership, and business planning skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to SVP of US Solutions and drive strategic initiatives.
• Lead multi-year planning, operating priorities, and executive-level communications.
• Develop leadership updates, business reviews, and strategic recommendations for senior leaders.
• Coordinate governance, planning cycles, and cross-functional reviews for alignment.
• Drive performance management, KPI tracking, and executive insights across the Solutions org.
