Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Planning Lead in South San Francisco to serve as the strategic backbone for PX delivery and patient access programs. You will partner with brand teams, FRMs, and tech partners to drive launches and line extensions, architecting comprehensive plans from ideation to execution.

In addition to leading cross-functional delivery, you will champion change management initiatives and optimize operations across the PX ecosystem, including patient services platforms and call center

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification preferred.
• 8+ years to 10+ years in biotech/pharma planning, process improvement or PM.
• Experience with healthcare reimbursement and pre-launch drugs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect, govern, and execute end-to-end plans for PX initiatives and launches.
• Lead organizational change management across the PX Delivery ecosystem.
• Identify bottlenecks with FRMs, Access Solutions and brand leadership.
• Assess upstream/downstream implications of changes and mitigate risks.
• Align informatics, technology vendors, and patient services platforms.
• Design enterprise training and readiness roadmaps for launches.
