Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, public health, or related discipline.
• 4–7 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare setting.
• Demonstrate strong financial modeling, value case development, and scenario/risk analysis capabilities.
• Possess strong presentation and executive communication skills with an ability to translate technical data into strategic insights.
• Show proven ability to connect patient outcomes and experience metrics to enterprise value and KPI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Apply strategic frameworks to assess opportunity spaces and prioritize patient experience concepts.
• Define patient outcome metrics and commercial KPIs to guide prioritization.
• Translate concepts into financial models to evaluate costs, revenue, and KPIs.
• Identify value drivers and guide design trade-offs for investments.
• Quantify risks and scenarios to build phased investment models for future-state solutions.
• Partner with Finance, Data, Digital & Analytics, RDT, Activation & Capabilities Enablement, Experience Design teams.
• Collaborate to provide budget inputs and recommendations on scale, pivot, or sunset decisions.
