Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing, materials, and supply chain management
• Ability to develop future leaders through process ownership and accountability
• Strong command of ERP/MRP systems and bolt-on MES tools

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise strategy for master production planning and level-loading across plants
• Define rolling production schedules accounting for orders, capacity, and materials
• Establish demand signaling framework to guide supplier forecast plans
• Create cross-plant visibility with line-of-balance and clear-to-build reporting
• Set inventory targets and purchasing planning framework by part and plant
• Partner to establish safety stock policies, lead-time standards, and cycle counting
• Own PFEP (Plan for Every Part) and pull-replenishment policy across plants
• Develop training plans for production planning, scheduling, and inventory control teams
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics across plants and suppliers
