Qualifications

• 7+ years in production planning or manufacturing planning in a large-scale environment.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership managing managers and large teams.
• Experience coordinating maintenance outages and turnaround planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term production plans aligned with demand and capacity.
• Set priorities for Production Planners and Planning Specialists and ensure clear standards.
• Create and manage production schedules to meet customer commitments and inventory targets.
• Balance production across assets to maximize throughput and minimize disruptions.
• Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans with changing demand or constraints.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for schedule adherence, capacity, and planning accuracy.
