Job summary

KBI Biopharma, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning & Execution (IBPE) to lead the Supply Chain Control Tower.

The role drives preventive risk management, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional execution across inventory, procurement, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate combines deep SCM knowledge with SAP PP, Python, SQL, and automation expertise to improve inventory performance, working capital, and production readiness while delivering measurable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in supply chain planning, inventory, manufacturing, analytics, or related functions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomes without direct reports.

Responsibilities

Lead the Supply Chain Control Tower to monitor inventory, procurement, and risk.
Drive improvements in inventory, working capital, and production readiness.
Partner with IT, Digital, Procurement, Finance to optimize data and SAP usage.
Develop automation and advanced analytics to support executive decisions.
