Job summary

Communication Service for the Deaf (CSD) seeks a Strategy and Planning Lead to drive growth through organizational planning, goals, and performance tracking. You will collaborate with executives to shape long- and mid-term objectives, analyze market trends, and implement a robust planning lifecycle with measurable outcomes.

You will guide cross-functional teams, develop frameworks, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of business goals and communication of strategic plans.
Experience advising executives on planning and execution.
Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks and metrics.
Comfort with presenting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Experience in cross-functional program management.

Responsibilities

Manage organizational planning lifecycle and monitor goals across leadership levels.
Establish and maintain a strategic planning framework and training for stakeholders.
Promote alignment of priorities across divisions and departments.
Evaluate tools and resources to support planning processes and adoption.
Conduct internal evaluations of capabilities and resources; present recommendations.
Perform market research to identify opportunities and risks and advise leadership.
Provide guidance on significant business changes and new initiatives.
