Job summary

CACI is seeking an Engagement Planner to advance national security through engagement planning and synchronization with IO/OIE efforts. You will develop plans, messaging, and materials for senior audiences and coordinate with multi‑agency and partner stakeholders to ensure unity of effort and mission success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience.
  • 3+ years supporting engagement planning, KLE, IO, or related mission areas.
  • Experience with engagement strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Experience in military, interagency, or multinational engagement environments.
  • Ability to analyze stakeholder networks and inform planning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop engagement plans, objectives, and lines of effort aligned to goals and commander's intent.
  • Design and synchronize KLE strategies with IO and OIE activities.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key leaders and audiences.
  • Create engagement themes, messages, talking points, and materials for objectives.
  • Coordinate with joint, interagency, multinational, and partner stakeholders.
  • Integrate engagement planning into operational processes and reporting.
  • Develop synchronization matrices, campaign support plans, and event concepts.
  • Assess engagement effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
