Blue Shield of California is seeking a Strategic Planning and Performance Principal to accelerate the company’s growth strategy. You will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Planning and Performance in the Office of Growth and help operationalize priorities across markets and lines of business, ensuring alignment and enabling executive governance.

You’ll establish governance, lead planning processes, and ensure transparency of priorities, risks, and outcomes across senior leadership forums.

Your Role

The Office of Growth team leads enterprise-wide coordination and execution of the organization’s growth strategy across markets and lines of business. The Strategic Planning and Performance Principal will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Planning and Performance under the Office of Growth and play a critical role in operationalizing growth priorities, ensuring alignment across business units, and enabling executive governance. In this role, you will serve as a central driver of growth strategy execution by establishing structured governance, leading strategic planning processes, and ensuring transparency of priorities, risks, and outcomes across senior leadership forums.
