  • Requires experience working in payer/provider or healthcare growth strategy environments.
  • Demonstrated executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and impactful executive-ready PowerPoint presentations; proficiency in Excel for data management, analysis, reporting, and decision support.
  • Ability to influence across senior leadership and drive enterprise-level alignment is desired.

Your Role

The Office of Growth team leads enterprise-wide coordination and execution of the organization's growth strategy across markets and lines of business. The Strategic Planning and Performance Principal will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Planning and Performance under the Office of Growth and play a critical role in operationalizing growth priorities, ensuring alignment across business units, and enabling executive governance. In this role, you will serve as a central driver of growth strategy execution by establishing structured governance, leading strategic planning processes, and ensuring transparency of priorities, risks, and outcomes across senior leadership forums.
