Job summary

Vistra Retail Operations Company seeks a BI, Analytics & AI Specialist to transform energy market and customer data into strategic insights. You will build AI-powered dashboards, conduct deep-dive analyses, and mentor junior analysts, enabling data-driven decisions across pricing, acquisition, churn, and customer experience.

Responsibilities include end-to-end BI development with Python/SQL/Tableau/Power BI, adoption of generative BI tools, and collaboration with data engineering/science teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analysis or related field with strong Python/SQL skills.
• Experience turning data into automated, actionable insights for execs.
• Proven dashboard production in Power BI or Tableau for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI/AI initiatives to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
• Develop end-to-end BI solutions using Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI and Excel.
• Translate data into recommendations for Pricing, Portfolio, Finance, Marketing, and CX.
• Perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analyses and automations.
