Vistra Corp. is seeking a BI, Analytics & AI Specialist to partner with cross-functional leaders to unlock growth by transforming energy market and customer data into automated insights.

You will design AI-powered dashboards, enable real-time decision-making, and democratize data access through natural language querying and self-service tools. You will mentor junior analysts, conduct advanced analyses across pricing, churn, acquisition, and portfolio optimization, and stay ahead of generative BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in data analysis or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with Python/SQL/SAS/R and data visualization.
• Experience building production dashboards for executives and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with generative BI/AI-enhanced analytics tools and NLP queries.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI and AI initiatives to identify growth opportunities and optimize portfolio performance.
• Own end-to-end BI solution development using Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI and other tools.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for Pricing, Portfolio Management, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
• Perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analyses, and create automated alerts and action plans.
• Mentor junior analysts and stay current with AI/ML trends.
