Job summary

Vistra Retail Operations Company in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Specialist I to manage customer acquisition and retention budgets and to build robust data models and dashboards for leadership. You will collaborate with marketing channel owners and finance teams to evaluate opportunities, set targets, and present variance narratives.

The role requires strong experience in data analytics, forecasting, and presenting complex insights.

Qualifications

7+ years in FP&A, data science, revenue management or BI.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Data Analytics preferred.
Advanced experience in data modeling, SQL/Snowflake, Python and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Lead process to develop marketing transaction and budget forecasts reflecting strategic planning and coordination with channel managers.
Design data models and simulations to forecast trends and integrate into dashboards (Tableau/Power BI).
Identify improvements to streamline, automate, and improve accuracy with advanced analytics.
Forecast profitability of campaigns; perform sensitivity analyses for key assumptions.
Prepare business-case evaluations including NPV, ROI, and CLV analyses for channel proposals.
Create and lead management presentations on drivers and metrics to optimize spend.
