HP, Inc. in North America is seeking a Senior Business Planning Analyst to partner with sales leadership, product category teams, and cross-functional groups to define and execute business plans and go-to-market initiatives for Personal Systems and Printing.

You will own forecasting, analytics, and reporting; design incentive plans; build financial models; and deliver insights to senior sales leaders. Requires 5+ years in strategy/planning, a 4-year degree, and strong Excel/SQL skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Typically 5+ years of work experience in strategy, planning, operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Owns sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Responsible for Sales Coverage, Quota, and Compensation Plan design and deployment.
• Conducts and summarizes complex data and analyses to develop business plans.
• Constructs reporting and analytic financial models using data from multiple sources.
• Defines metrics to measure business performance and compares to forecasts.
• Executes market research projects and summarizes findings for evolving business needs.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to collect data and measure performance.
• Partners with leaders to develop business plans and identify new opportunities.
• Develops go-forward plan recommendations based on risks and returns.
• Identifies analytical tools and methods for key business decisions.
• Demonstrates business acumen and technical expertise in planning, operations, and finance.
• Performs ad-hoc business reporting, modeling, and special projects.
