Job summary

Ocean Network Express North America is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to support continuous improvement across container operations and cross-functional teamwork in NA.

You will build and deploy AI solutions, web apps, automated workflows, and analytics to drive operational efficiency and data-backed decisions. Three office days weekly, hybrid work model, with a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong data analysis and BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement through tool creation and automation.
• Perform cost analysis, reporting and visualization.
• Monitor Operational KPI progress and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage internal communications and information sharing.
• Prepare NA Health Check reporting.
