Responsibilities

Leads the design, development, deployment, and governance of AI-enabled solutions supporting Workforce Services business processes.
Develops AI agents, automated workflows, and analytical models for accommodation, transportation, and logistics studies.
Converts established study methodologies and business requirements into scalable, repeatable, and governed technical solutions.
Integrates data sources to support research, market analysis, forecasting, calculations, risk identification, and reporting.
Develops dashboards and reporting tools.
Implements controls that flag unsupported conclusions and data issues.
Configures knowledge-grounding and retrieval methods using approved standards.
Establishes human-review points and ensures outputs distinguish facts, calculations, data gaps, and risks.
Maintains solution architecture documentation, code, and change histories.
Evaluates emerging AI and geospatial technologies for Workforce Services applications.
