Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Planning and Analysis function at our Harvey, LA property. You will supervise staff, drive short- and long-term financial analyses, and manage labor costs while ensuring accurate budget development and reporting.

You will deliver presentations to executives, support EBITDA optimization, and maintain strict internal controls and regulatory compliance within the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred; casino experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage staff in Planning and Analysis; develop and monitor goals and profit objectives.
• Lead short- and long-term financial analysis for the property including labor and data reporting.
• Create schedules, manage labor costs, meet staffing objectives and deadlines.
• Assist in budget process; ensure compliance with budget initiatives; report concerns to manager.
• Analyze profitability of marketing programs; present findings to Executive team.
• Oversee annual budget preparation and variance analysis; report to Executive Management.
