Job summary

PMI Entertainment Group is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the finance function, including accounting, budgeting, audits, and risk management. You will partner with the executive team to translate strategy into financial plans and drive controls, accuracy, and accountability across the organization.

The role requires strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative approach within a fast-paced entertainment environment, reporting to the COO and overseeing a growing finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field required.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressively responsible finance or accounting experience including budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, internal controls, and accounting operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience with ability to guide and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values.
• Provides strategic financial leadership and oversight for the Finance department aligned with goals and long-range planning.
• Supervises preparation of financial reports, budgets, analyses, and studies for revenues, expenditures, assets, liabilities, and equity.
• Develops and implements long-range fiscal programs, financial systems, and corporate planning initiatives.
• Administers accounting policies, internal controls, and budgets ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversees accounting operations including general ledger, payroll, disbursements, and reconciliations.
• Provides guidance on financial matters to executives and department leaders to ensure compliance with procedures and laws.
• Prepares financial reports for Board and stakeholders; supports event planning with financial analyses.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and evaluates Finance personnel in coordination with HR.
