Sancorp Consulting, LLC is seeking a Strategic Planner Analyst to support PFPA in strategic planning and performance management. This on-site role in the National Capital Region requires strong analytical and planning skills and the ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable plans.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in management, strategy consulting, or research and analysis.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates development of PFPA strategic plans aligning with higher headquarters guidance.
• Develops performance standards for PFPA programs using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Produces analysis, briefings, and studies translating strategy into operational terms.
• Integrates input from organizational components into goals and actions within the strategic planning process.
• Provides expert evaluation to improve efficiency of PFPA operations and programs.
