Job summary

Ramp Talent is conducting a confidential search for a Financial Planning Analyst on behalf of a client. The role supports the FP&A function by analyzing past performance to predict future results and advise on financial strategy.

Responsibilities include building robust financial models, developing plans and reports for leaders, evaluating trends, and automating reporting tools while maintaining GAAP/GAAS compliance. A Bachelor’s degree is required; 2–3 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a comparable role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS.
  • Experience with data analysis and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and financial data.
  • Create financial models to support organizational decision making.
  • Develop financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.
  • Analyze industry trends and make recommendations based on trends.
  • Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation.
  • Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
