Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision, a leader in eye health, is seeking a Plan Excellence Data Manager to drive data governance and master data integrity for SAP and OMP planning. This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days per week and collaboration across global supply chain teams.

You will translate business needs into technical data requirements, lead data automation initiatives with tools like Alteryx and Tableau, and mentor planning teams to improve planning signals and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience.
• Strong SQL and SAP planning module knowledge.
• Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., OMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on SAP and OMP planning data to drive governance and accuracy.
• Lead data strategies and continuous improvement in data governance.
• Own plan master data across ERP and planning systems.
• Develop tools to automate data calculations and analyses.
• Translate business needs into technical data requirements for IT and PEx.
