Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in technical product management or planning systems.
• Experience with advanced planning tools such as OMP Plus or similar.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
• Agile/scrum experience with Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and prioritize features across planning processes and integrations.
• Shape the Vision Plan product strategy and manage roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Drive full lifecycle delivery from problem definition to adoption and support.
• Ensure quality, security, and maintainability while improving portfolio efficiency.
• Monitor performance, production stability, and stakeholder outcomes; take corrective actions.
• Manage budgets, delivery estimates, and total cost of ownership across plan products.
• Translate complex topics into clear business communications for leadership.
• Lead or influence global teams and ensure accountability and governance.
