Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP seeks a Senior Manager, Client Development – Pitch and Proposal to lead high‑stakes pitches and RFPs from evaluation to delivery, partnering with firm leadership to shape strategy and competitive positioning.

You will drive end‑to‑end proposal work, craft concise, persuasive content, align Pricing and other business teams, and lead the US Pitch team to deliver high‑quality materials on time.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college or university.
• Ten or more years in a business development role at a large, multi-office firm.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic pitch and proposal development; drive end‑to‑end execution of complex pitches and RFPs.
• Advise senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Navigate competing priorities and stakeholder dynamics; maintain momentum.
• Own project strategy, planning and delivery; anticipate risks and remove roadblocks.
• Elevate messaging and narrative development; create concise, persuasive content.
• Integrate pricing and firm capabilities with proposal messaging.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and content.
• Manage US Pitch team and coach for high performance.
• Contribute to long‑term function strategy.
