Geotab seeks a Head of Transportation & Logistics to own end-to-end commercial success for the Transportation & Logistics market segment across North America. You will define the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth and competitive positioning for fleet operators, carriers, and logistics firms.

The role requires senior leadership, deep market knowledge, and the ability to translate executive direction into actionable plans with clear metrics.

Qualifications

10+ years in a segment-focused commercial, product, or GTM role in transportation or fleet tech.
Deep knowledge of T&L market dynamics and regulatory environment.
Strong strategic and leadership capabilities with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and GTM for the T&L segment.
Own revenue attainment and growth targets for the segment.
Lead cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering.
Develop packaging, pricing, and positioning for the segment.
Partner with domain leads and channel partners to close opportunities.
Define segment-specific metrics and drive measurable outcomes.
