CHRISTUS Health in Texarkana, TX seeks a Program Manager of Physician Relations to serve as the liaison between medical staff and administration, driving service line growth and strong physician partnerships. You will develop quarterly plans with Marketing, present to referral sources, and track referrals and orders in CRM.

Responsibilities include maintaining relationships, addressing provider needs with leadership, and monitoring market activity to adapt messaging for growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop quarterly business plans with Marketing to align physician relationships with the strategic physician alignment plan.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets and document activity in the CRM, tracking referrals and diagnostic orders.
• Make face-to-face presentations to referral sources promoting services, facilities, and physician networks.
• Maintain contact with referral sources and gatekeepers, evaluating satisfaction and prospecting for future business.
• Monitor market activity and adjust messaging and targeting as necessary.
