Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Nursing or related field from an accredited college.
• 3+ years of healthcare provider relations or relevant sales/marketing experience OR 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician referral patterns using reports and market data to grow referrals.
• Analyze competitive landscape to position hospital services for referring physicians.
• Develop mutually beneficial relationships with referring offices and hospital staff.
• Coordinate meetings between internal and external physician groups to improve communication and referrals.
