Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting or sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in quota-based or performance-driven roles.
• Strong closing skills with the ability to influence physician decision-making.
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions and competing priorities.
• Comfort with outbound calling and consultative selling.
• Working knowledge of locum tenens workflows, credentialing timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and close locum tenens physicians across multiple specialties to meet client coverage needs.
• Own full cycle locums recruiting with a sales driven approach, from outbound sourcing through placement.
• Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and productivity metrics (calls, submittals, interviews, placements).
• Proactively source physicians using Boolean search, ATS/CRM, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Sell locums opportunities by aligning assignment details with availability, pay, and lifestyle preferences.
• Build and maintain a strong physician pipeline for repeat placements and revenue generation.
• Partner with account managers, credentialing, licensing, and travel teams for fast placements.
• Accurately track activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics in ATS/CRM.
