Job summary

Consensus Health is seeking a Senior Physician Recruiter in New Jersey to lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians and advanced practice providers across the state. You will proactively source and engage talent, partner with clinical and operational leaders, and drive candidate progression from contact to onboarding.

You will develop provider pipelines, leverage markets and sourcing strategies, and manage multiple searches while delivering a high-quality candidate experience and timely hires.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience with physician/APP recruitment.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates and filling difficult-to-fill provider roles.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple searches in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines and partner with leaders to establish search strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve speed, conversion, and hiring outcomes.
