Job summary

Responsibilities include identifying clinical needs, coordinating with stakeholders, managing third-party relationships, and ensuring compliant documentation and immigration processes where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience, preferably in health care.

Responsibilities

• Stays current on recruitment and retention industry best practices.
• Serves as a source of recruitment and retention information for Campbell County Health stakeholders.
• Maintains recruiting and retention budget and funds.

• Codifies clinical needs and develops corresponding recruitment plan.
• Develops, oversees, and evaluates effectiveness of required third party community clinical demand assessment process.
• Establishes and maintains contracts with outside recruiting or advertising services as needed.
• Establishes and maintains a written candidate tracking system to ensure adequate internal communication and an efficient recruiting process.
• Creates and completes the recruitment supporting documentation file for each recruited candidate to meet legal and potential audit requirements.
• Manages full-cycle immigration process for candidates when applicable.
• Assists with relocation and transition of providers as necessary.
