Trinity Health Georgia is seeking a recruiter to support physician and mid-level provider recruitment across Trinity Health Ministries. You will help create and maintain a strong, diverse candidate pipeline using innovative strategies that align with our local and system goals, under the direction of the Strategy and Recruitment leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years health care recruiting experience, physician/provider focus preferred.
• Experience with full life-cycle provider recruitment is highly preferred.

• Support and fulfill creative recruitment and sourcing strategies for physician and mid-level providers.
• Attract, source, screen, select, and deliver qualified, diverse candidates to Trinity Health Ministries.
• Collaborate with Provider Recruitment leadership, GME, and Regional Health Ministries to meet system needs.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

Advanced Degree in Healthcare Administration or Management
