Trinity Health Georgia is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support physician and mid-level provider sourcing. Based in Georgia with a hybrid schedule, you will collaborate with System Office and local teams to build a diverse candidate pipeline and fill provider opportunities across Trinity Health.

• Must possess working knowledge of legal issues surrounding immigration, Visa, and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of provider recruitment strategies and clinical specialty areas.
• Experience with high-volume sourcing of physician and mid-level provider candidates.
• Experience using social media platforms for recruitment.

Responsabilités

• Leads and facilitates interviews, stakeholder meetings, and selection processes.
• Independently sources and engages provider candidates from diverse talent pools.
• Develops and implements outreach and recruitment strategies to meet needs.
• Partners with System Office and local leaders to support hiring decisions.
• Maintains candidate tracking activity and reports recruitment metrics.
