Pipeline Health, LLC is seeking a Physician Outreach Liaison in Los Angeles to serve as the primary contact between our hospitals and local physicians, facilities, and community organizations. You will identify strategic targets, promote services, and facilitate engagement to improve patient access and satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and a working knowledge of HIPAA and hospital operations.

Qualificações

• Minimum of five years of healthcare marketing/business development experience including physician relations.
• Experience with Skilled Nursing Facilities relationships preferred.
• Valid California Driver’s License with no major violations; DMV liability insurance.
• Workplace Violence training within 10 days of hire and annually thereafter.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Liaison for Pipeline Health facilities with community physicians and other health care facilities; identify strategic targets and facilitate engagement to improve patient access to the hospital.
• Maintain compliant operations with state and federal regulations.
• Serve as primary information conduit between hospital and medical staff; support business goals of loyalty and satisfaction.
• Promote services consultatively, determine customer needs, and recommend solutions.
• Maintain relationships with SNFs to ensure appropriate patient discharge back to referring facilities.
