Job summary

University of Miami seeks a Sr. Physician & Faculty Compensation Advisor to deliver end-to-end compensation consultation for physicians and faculty.

You will evaluate requests, perform market, internal, financial and productivity analyses, and prepare defensible recommendations for leaders. You will manage cases from intake to resolution, model compensation scenarios, and engage with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to present data-driven guidance to department chairs and HR partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Proficient in using office software and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end compensation consultation and analytical support for physician and faculty compensation matters.
• Manage assigned compensation requests from intake through final recommendation and resolution.
• Conduct market, internal, financial and productivity analyses to develop defensible recommendations.
• Advise leaders and partners on plan design, payout structures, and pay practices while evaluating administrative feasibility.
