Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- 5+ years in provider compensation or related healthcare finance.
- Experience administering physician compensation programs and productivity models.
- Familiarity with provider compensation software platforms.
- Strong analytical, regulatory, and data governance capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME and operational leader for physician and APP compensation strategy, analytics, and governance.
- Design, implement, administer, and improve provider compensation programs.
- Own the Provider Compensation platform and ensure data integrity and governance.
- Execute market benchmarking, provider offers, and contract administration support.
- Collaborate with STPN leadership, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Recruitment, Payroll, and executives.
- Provide strategic guidance on compensation trends, productivity models, and market practices.
