Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in provider compensation or related field.
• Experience administering physician compensation programs.
• Experience with provider compensation platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of compensation methodologies and market benchmarks.
• Understanding regulatory considerations in provider compensation.
• Ability to present complex concepts to executives.
• Strong project management and confidentiality.
