Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field required.
• Five (5) years of progressive responsibility in HR operations for a large employer.

• Partner with departmental leaders and executives to support goals.
• Develop, implement, administer, and monitor compensation practices with regulatory compliance.
