Job summary

Biztec LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial physical security installations from kickoff through closeout. You’ll own the full project lifecycle — scope, schedule, budget, and quality — for access control, video surveillance, intrusion, and cabling.

You'll be the primary contact for clients, general contractors, field technicians, and vendors, coordinating all moving parts to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes with

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management or coordination experience in physical security, low‑voltage, or construction‑adjacent projects.
• Active ELE (Electrical) License, Low Voltage License, and Alarm License are required.
• Proficiency with project management platforms (MS Project, Procore, ConnectWise) and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to job sites within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of security installation projects from pre‑construction through commissioning and closeout.
• Own project scope, schedule, labor hours, cost control, and profitability for assigned projects.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, coordinating with field technicians, installers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage procurement and material readiness, including ordering and tracking equipment and handling change orders.
• Track progress and financials in the PSA system; prepare budget updates and variance reporting.
• Ensure work meets quality standards, with safety compliance on all sites.
• Lead project closeout: documentation, as‑builts, client training, and final billing coordination.
