A-Team Consultants is seeking a Director of Strategic Philanthropy to lead our institutional fundraising strategy and donor engagement. This remote role reports to the President/CEO and focuses on foundation partnerships, major gifts, and strategic funding opportunities to support our social impact mission.

The Director will shape the philanthropy strategy, report to senior leadership, and guide fundraising operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in fundraising and development within nonprofit or mission-driven environments.
• Deep knowledge of philanthropic trends and evolving foundation priorities with established relationships with foundation program officers.
• Track record of securing major gifts, foundation grants, and seven-figure institutional funding portfolios.

Responsabilités

• Develops and executes a multi-year institutional fundraising strategy centered on expanding foundation support, securing major gifts, identifying priority funders, and leveraging philanthropic trends.
• Oversees grant proposals, concept notes, reports, and funding applications aligned with programmatic goals.
• Builds and leverages relationships with philanthropic partners, oversees donor relations, and ensures strong donor retention.
