Equitable Growth is seeking a Director of Strategic Philanthropy to lead institutional fundraising strategy, major donor engagement, and external philanthropic initiatives. The role concentrates on building foundation partnerships and securing high-value funding opportunities.

You will design a new philanthropy strategy, report to the President/CEO, and advise senior leadership on revenue forecasting and strategic funding choices to ensure long-term financial sustainability.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in fundraising and development within nonprofit or mission-driven environments.
• Deep knowledge of philanthropic trends and evolving foundation priorities.
• Track record of securing major gifts and seven-figure institutional funding portfolios.
• Experience developing and scaling multi-year revenue strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-level stakeholders.

• Develops and implements a multi-year institutional fundraising strategy focused on foundations and major gifts.
