Job summary

Prime Coalition, Inc. is seeking a Director of Partnerships to grow philanthropic, catalytic capital with high-net-worth individuals, DAF holders, family offices and other philanthropists who want investment tools alongside grants.

You will lead fundraising campaigns, expand the partner base, and drive sustainable donor engagement using data-driven strategies. You will manage a small team, collaborate with the Director of Catalytic Investing and Trellis, and help advance Prime’s mission while

Qualifications

10-12+ years of fundraising, partnerships, impact investing, capital formation, or philanthropy.
5+ years of direct people management in remote or hybrid environments.
Track record of securing multi-year, multi-million dollar gifts.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Experience with fundraising tools including CRMs and prospect databases.
Experience in impact investing and/or venture capital preferred.
Knowledge of climate finance landscape preferred.
Understanding of catalytic investing/climate finance in non-U.S. markets preferred.
Must be based in the United States.

Responsibilities

Direct fundraising and donor stewardship to achieve ambitious targets.
Build and maintain a portfolio of philanthropic partners and sustain engagement.
Oversee donor engagement tracking and CRM records for strategic outreach.
Guide diversification across foundations, major donors, family offices, and corporate giving.
Use data and market insights to inform strategy and optimize fundraising.
Lead fundraising campaigns for key programmatic efforts.
Support Chief Growth Officer in strategic initiatives.
Represent Prime externally as needed.
Oversee team of 2-5 members and mentor staff.
