The role requires a strategic, relationship-driven leader capable of growing leadership giving and transforming philanthropic engagement with Poole College.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional training and experience.
• Experienced in major gift fundraising and advancement leadership.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive fundraising strategy for Poole College of Management.
• Maintain active major gift prospect portfolio and engage donors.
• Collaborate with Dean, University Advancement, faculty, and leadership to align opportunities with priorities.
• Mentor and develop a team of philanthropy professionals, ensuring accountability and donor focus.
• Oversee prospect management, budgeting, compliance, and operational practices.
