Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare, employee training, or onboarding within a regulated environment.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License issued by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP).
• Current Sterile IV Compounding Certification, with documented training in aseptic techniques and USP <797> standards.
• Minimum 1 year experience utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) to assign training modules and track progress.
• Minimum 2 years of experience utilizing pharmacy management software and electronic workflow systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for all new employees from their first day through department placement.
• Provide onboarding overview of operations, culture, expectations, policies, and standards.
• Review attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and workplace conduct.
